Arthritis and Other Chronic Pain
Arthritis - Learn to Treat the Causes,
not "Learn to live with it."
As a blanket term for over 100 different kinds of joint and muscle pain, 70 percent of the population will probably be diagnosed with arthritis before they reach the age of 70. The two most common and debilitating types are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
The primary cause for arthritis is inflammation. An anti-inflammatory diet and supplements, along with joint-mobility chiropractic adjustments, are the beginning areas for treatment.
Plenty of water and exercise will then lubricate the joints so they can heal themselves while the body is fighting the inflammation. Water also helps flush out toxins that help cause the inflammation.
To get a demonstration on which exercises will help and how to do them, go to our exercise videos and pay close attention to the exercises for the areas you are having pain, but also the other areas as well. Sometimes pain in one area will cause a problem in another as it tries to compensate. Be sure to download the Exercise Rountine forms so you can keep track of what and how you are doing, and discuss them with the doctors so they can guide you through the process.
